What is Jeevz?

Jeevz is a membership service that delivers high quality, certified and vetted drivers to you to drive your car. We do not have a fleet of vehicles and you do not drive in our car. We connect our users with a large network of vetted drivers that can be accessed day or night for any driving need, as long as it involves driving your vehicle. It's like having a full-time private chauffeur without full-time the expense.

How does the 7 day trial risk free trial work?

The 7 day trial period begins after you successfully complete your first Jeevz ride.

Who can use my Jeevz Membership?

We want Jeevz to be useful for your entire household. You may add as many household users as needed, as long as they live at your residence and use one of (up to 3) registered vehicles (that you own) in your app.

Can I book a ride for a friend?

Yes, if your friend is using your car - you don’t even have to be in it!  The vehicle must owned by you and registered in your account. However, if your friend wishes to use their own vehicle, it is not possible due to insurance clauses.  Only vehicles owned by and registered in the member's account may be driven.  We recommend using the Invite feature, within the app, for friend’s to set up a ride.  Please review our Terms of Service for any additional information.

Can I call-in, text or email in a reservation?

To ensure proper booking and timely driver assignment all reservations must be requested through the Jeevz app.

Can I call a driver directly?

Yes, an hour before and after your trip, you have the ability to contact your driver through the Jeevz app. After connected, and throughout your reservation, you’ll be able to manage trip logistics 1:1 with your driver.

Is my reservation guaranteed?

We recommend booking in advance to give you the best chance at securing a driver. Although it is very rare, there are times when we are at capacity, particularly on popular holidays and weekend nights. For reservations before 10AM, we recommend booking a day in advance.

Where does Jeevz operate?

We currently operate in several regions throughout Florida and New York: South Florida's Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties; Central Florida across Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Orlando; and New York through NYC, Long Island, Queens, Bronx, Westchester, and the Hamptons. Your pick-up address must fall within our service areas.

Should I tip my driver?

Our drivers do make their living with Jeevz, so feel free to add a tip anytime based on your experience. Because many members get to know and trust their preferred drivers higher tips are more common. 

How do drivers arrive at my meet-up location to drive me in my car?

Jeevz drivers arrive at your pickup location a variety of ways. The most common way they arrive is in their personal vehicle.

Where do Jeevz drivers park their vehicle when they arrive at my meet-up location?

Jeevz drivers generally park their personal vehicle close by where there is free parking. In the event that there isn't free parking nearby, the member is responsible for the cost of that parking. If you live in a building with valet parking or you have a specific street parking space, we recommend swapping spaces with the driver to avoid additional parking costs and for assurance of compliance with local parking restrictions.

You can place parking instructions in the trip notes at the time of booking or you may easily communicate with the driver using the application’s phone/text feature once you receive notification that the driver is "on the way".

Will drivers make purchases for me?

Yes. Our drivers routinely make purchases for you during the trip. Examples include gas, tolls, parking, food, beverages, and anything else you may require. Any purchases made on your behalf will be added to your trip fare without a fee.

What can ride credits be used for?

Ride credits can be used for billed driver's time. They may not be used on expenses incurred, by the driver, during the trip - including but not limited to: gas, tolls, tips, parking, member directed purchases, and expenses incurred for trips that do not start and end at the same place.

Can I request a specific driver?

Members can request specific drivers through our rating system by adding them to your Favorite Driver List. Once you have added drivers to your favorite list, they are ALWAYS and INSTANTLY offered your trip requests, in the order they are ranked, before any other drivers on our platform. This saves you the hassle of having to request a specific driver. It’s simple, if a favorite driver is available they will accept your trip.

Remember to schedule your trips as early as possible because highly rated "favorite" drivers get booked quickly.

Are my trips kept confidential?

Yes.  Jeevz takes confidentiality very seriously and all Personal Drivers have agreed to and executed confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements.

Can I refer a friend directly from the Jeevz App and what do they / I receive?

Members can refer friends within the Jeevz app by selecting the menu icon located at the top left hand side of the home screen. Once selecting the menu icon select "Invite" and follow the prompts. Your referrals will receive $100 ride credits to try Jeevz. Please keep in mind that referral credits are only available for new members and may only be used for one household. If your referral becomes an active paying member you will receive $150 in ride credits.

Driver Questions

Do we run background checks?

Yes. A certified third party provider thoroughly vets all drivers upon joining the Jeevz platform. Also, all Jeevz driver's criminal backgrounds and motor vehicle records are actively monitored 24/7 with real time alerts to ensure an ongoing safe environment for you and your passengers.

Rides and Reservations

What is the reservation policy?

Advanced reservations are required for all trips and require a minimum of 1-hour notice. You may book a reservation on the Jeevz mobile app. If your reservation pick-up time is between 5AM and 10AM, you must book by 7PM on the previous day. We require this additional time to ensure we have a driver for your early morning trip. 

For example, to book a ride at 6AM on Friday, you must book by 7PM Thursday.

How do I ensure I can get a driver?

Jeevz operates on a space available, first come first served basis. From time to time we experience high reservation volumes and driver availability may be limited. Examples include holidays, large local events such as stadium events and weekend nights. The earlier you book your reservation, the greater the opportunity to reserve a Personal Driver at your preferred time. Rest assured that our concierge team is working hard to confirm your trip. If concerned, you can contact us anytime via text at (866) 855 2614 or concierge@jeevz.com only after you submit your ride request through the Jeevz app.

Operating Hours

What are Jeevz operating hours?

Our Concierge team is available seven days a week as follows:

Monday - Wednesday: 9:00AM - 11:00PM

Thursday - Saturday: 9:00AM - 1:00AM

Sunday: 10:00AM - 10:00PM

All pick-ups for 5AM - 10AM must be booked by 7PM the previous day. Contact us 24/7 at rides@jeevz.com.

How do One-Way rides work?

It is strongly encouraged to utilize the Round Trip booking feature (most cost-effective) in lieu of the One Way service. Sunday-Wednesday the last One Way pick-up is at 12AM. Thursday-Saturday the last One Way pick-up is at 1AM. 

What if I cancel my reservation?

Trip cancellations must take place no less than one hour prior to the reservation pick-up time. Reservations canceled with less than one hour notice will incur a $100 Cancellation Fee. Overnight or Multiple Day Trip cancellations must take place no less than 72 hours prior to the reservation pick-up time. Reservations canceled with less than 48 hours notice will incur a $300 Cancellation Fee.

What if I miss my reservation or do not show up?

Jeevz drivers will wait up to 45 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time to make contact with you. If you have not made contact with your driver or Jeevz within 45 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time, we will consider your reservation a "no show" and you will incur a $150 No Show Fee. Keep in mind, we have dispatched a driver to your location, waited for you and must retrieve our driver.
